    So far they have treated me with respect and extremely fair...also responded quickly when I needed a tow...no nonsense thank you Hortons...well I got my jeep back and it looks amazing...I am so happy..and let me tell you I shopped around..definitely the best deal in town..thanks again guys..

    Friendly folks but I feel it depends on who you are as to what price you pay for their service and/or parts. I could be wrong and if so I very much apologize but the last couple times I've been there that's how they've made me feel.

    I am from Texas and my Trailer snapped its leaf springs heading back home. I am a member of AAA and they recommended this company.1. Don’t be fooled by appearances2. Could use a little help in communicationHowever they did an awesome job with limited time and were able to get me back on the road the same day when the shop foreman quoted me approximately 3 days.Genuine and honest individuals and I highly recommend them if you snap your leaf springs on your travel trailer. Furthermore they were fair on their prices also so no price gouging or taking advantage of someone’s inconvenient situation.Thank y’all
