Great prices for parts but the guy behind the counter needs to understand when in customer service it's best to leave your poor attitude at home. I won't shop there again because of poor customer service relations.

Prices are great and normally in stock! Most of the parts are Chinese after market parts but hey that’s why they’re able to give the prices they do and the parts last as long as they should. Anyway we will be back anytime we need parts and I recommend them to anyone needing new parts for reasonable rates!

Good parts at great prices. To all complaining about "friendlyness", do you want good parts at good prices or smoke blown up yer parts? Buy stuff there more than one time believe me they get to know you fast and bend over backward to help get that part in. They are grumpy cause sometimes they gotta deal with customers like YOU. Look at all the 5 star and decide what kind of customer YOU are....Napa is down the road as is Part smart! Go there and get some smoke blown!

I’m literally standing in the store while writing this review, They are extremely RUDE they are throwing the parts on the counter and they didn’t even say hi back.!!! As a customer I don’t care how cheap your product is I care how you treat me! I’m totally disappointed with them, they act if they were forced to be in the store.

Used to get parts there butowner is never seemingly happy, ( in my experience) never says hi or addresses customer with smile or in acceptable business manner. Very uncomfortable experience and -when u have to return some of his parts..he.blames mechanics for bad installation when parts are actually ill fitting. Lastly His driver hit my car and he didnt even acknoweldge me about it or even OFFER an apology even though he saw it happenShame such crappy service now from a place i USED TO depend on.. its a 1 star for all these constant reasons.One good thing about this place....his other front male service worker(older guy who sits to your left when u walk in also wears glasses) MUCH BETTER in customer service skill.

Mike took the time to look up a hard to find part for me. It was very nice to deal with a pro behind the counter as this skill is becoming harder and harder to find these days!

If it's not on the shelf they'll check the warehouse where you'll usually get lucky. If you call early enough in the day they can request it and in most cases have it by 3PM.They'll give you a call when it's there.The prices are very competitive, about 15% less than NAPA or PartsSource in my experience.
