I sent an email and George called me back right away. We set up an appointment and the tow truck was there before I arrived. I was paid more than what I initially asked for on the phone after they assessed the van. Working with Luke and his crew was fantastic. Pleasant, personable, professional and very accommodating. It seems as though the only words he knows are no problem. I have used other junk removal companies but found Skip the Dump the most inexpensive one, which is very helpful when you have a large amount of debris to have removed. Arranged with Tripp's to source a used rack and pinion assembly to replace the unit with a leaking seal in my 2005 Toyota 4 Runner last Fall. I had them do the installation as well because I did not relish the idea of lying on the cold concrete floor of my garage to do the job myself. They had to extend the work also to replace the high pressure line to the rack. In summary they did a great job on the switch. The steering wheel was straight and the 4 Runner tracked great on the highway. Hence, no alignment work was necessary ( which I had resigned to as a requisite after a rack change-out ). Based on the many positive reviews I decided to go with Tripp's ( 1st time with them )and was not disappointed. Their attention to details and keeping me informed at each stage of the repair work were professional and greatly appreciated. Happy to recommend them and certainly will consider them for any future work on my vehicles.

Went in to see if they had a replacement door handle for my older gmc truck, to my surprise they had one right there in the back, very pleased & good customer service from the employees!auto part stores are lacking these days in my opinion but these guys got it right on point, thanks again

I called the store looking for several parts. The employee was very courteous and helpful and efficient. He was also very patient with my questions and gave helpful advice. I drove to the store in the afternoon to pick the items up and was equally delighted with the experience and to be able to meet the employee who was so kind and helpful. His name was Rick (Richard), and he made it all so easy. Now if only he will do the repair for me!!! but he did wish me luck...The store was bright and clean and well-organized, and I actually looked around a little bit. I will go there again when I need parts. Thanks Rick!

Great prices for parts but the guy behind the counter needs to understand when in customer service it's best to leave your poor attitude at home. I won't shop there again because of poor customer service relations.

Your dog is unsafe, it bite me pretty deep and I had my son with me. Should really keep your dog away from people. Who knows who else that dog had bite or if the dog has had it shots. Will definitely be reporting your dog.
