I went on a saturday cause thats when they say their open but they where not got ama washer dryer and fridge outta me free cause im not driving around all weekend with it update your godamn hours their was another car pulled in thinking the same thing i was that you where open

Long time customer, but no longer. The lady at the counter was exceptionally rude, zero acceptable customer service. Strongly advise people go elsewhere and avoid.

Great service first time their awesome place to go

Had a car involved in a collision dropped Friday night, Saturday morning asked them to wait to crush until we retrieved belongings, ownership and plates Monday. They took it upon themselves to crush it with a Bluetooth adapter, skates, ownership and plates on it, before 11am Monday. No apology, just denial that the conversation occured - I guess I must have been under the influence of hallucinogens before noon Saturday?

Terrible customer service. The woman in Peterborough was very rude on phone and not interested in my concerns at all. Our last bin we were very short changed. Do not recommend at all. Better to go Port Perry or Langilles

Fair and honest market rates on scrap, usually higher payout than other places on most scrap. Generally pretty fast visits

please note- this location came up on my places butThe place i was at -was actually second chance auto (right beside iron metal) phenominal mechanic shop. Had my tie rods done in 20 minutes. Great boys and great work. Fast efficient and great prices. Beats big branded overpriced shops who take longer and charge 3 times as much. Customer for life. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Loaded up truck Saturday because says they are open, they are not open but there are 3 people working there that would barely acknowledge me, took 3 times of me saying hello for them to even look my way, I asked are you closed, answer from them was yup! And then instantly turned away. Would rather drop in bin for free then deal with this type.

Said a tow truck would pickup my car between 1-5 on a Friday. I went to work. Discovered at 5 it was never picked up. OPP towed it away and are charging $350 for it to be released. Really unprofessional, 0/10 would not recommend. Use king auto wreckers instead people!
