First time going there. Employees were great . For every different scrap metal you cash in here is a fee for each one which I found a joke. They were secretive about the prices. Pay attention to the scales. I went to another scrap yard which paid a lot more than this place did in the same day.

Yard employees are 110% awesome. I dont like how secretive the pricing is. They always pay less than other recyclers. Ask anybody. Even brand new unused copper coiled up rarely gets its true value. They even fee you for a receipt. They are my last resort when scrapping.

Go somewhere else if you want true value for your metals. If copper even has a slightest green color to it, they say its #2. Wire any size that has been stripped of all plastic and coverings you get nothing for. That should also be #1 copper. there scale is 14 lbs off and they weigh your metal in portions so you will lose 14lbs every time. If your copper does not look new then it is #2 to them. My father has owned a scrap yard in Tennessee my entire life, I've been around this business for over 40 years now. I should have gotten $1185.80 for my metal and only walked out with $700.. I took the time to cut it up and separate everything precisely. I guess they are used to people coming in looking for a quick 20 bucks that pay no attention. But if you have hundreds of pounds of copper i would highly recommend you going elsewhere.
