This was clearly the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. When I call, the gentleman was taking three or four different phone calls at the same time and speaking with other people, and then got extremely upset with me when I tried to understand who he was talking to. When I asked for his name, the gentleman Stated that he was the owner and didn’t need to give me his name. I opted to take my car to another Facility. Won’t use this company ever again.
