Horrible experience. At first offered good prices, then found an excuse every time to downgrade the material and pay less money. Also said they could service with a day's notice, nope. Since they couldn't service, offered to pay more if we delivered, then complained that is was costing him too much time and money to unload us. Just too difficult to work with. I'd leave no stars if I could.

Best place to go in the area!Most times there's not much of a wait time but I suggest getting there at least a half hour before they close.Most are friendly if you are and will help you the best they can but remember, they're there to make money. Some can be a bit more particular about the rates, so keep an eye on the scales, but DON'T get in their way. Some workers may not wait for the scale to adjust before they write it down, so just be aware.Also, make sure they put all your metals in the same place, as some parts of the scale don't read as accurately as the middle.Also, don't crush your cans, they deduct for that, unfortunately, because some unscrupulous people will add garbage to their cans and then crush them to get more money.Don't be greedy! Get to know them, most are great people just doing their job!

Best scrap metal business I've ever been to. Offering wide variety of services that others don't. If I can't pick up your scrap they will. Maybe they'll employ me one day.... Check them out you won't recycle any where else

Amazing company! Make sure you have a title to get your car scraped! Don’t call for a tow and be mad they won’t pay you because you don’t have no title. Keep up the good work! Recommend for all your scrap needs!

They took my 1998 ford explorer sport 2 dr out of my driveway without paying me a dime.The police told me this is their policy and they can take it without paying me because they put my truck on theirs. They were supposed to pay me 350 for a non stripped with factory catalytic converter. Or 200 for stripped. He told me 350 then started to hook it up once it was on his truck he asked for paperwork. I didn't have a title but I had other paperwork to prove ownership (registration card) and a speeding ticket from a camera. The police told me good luck. If a person and not a company had done this it would be theft. I'm greatly upset with how this happened and woouldnt ever recomend anyone even consider doing business with people that will take your property legally

They had total disregard for their clients, sloppy, and thieving. I would never recommend these guys. Meanie heads and carefree black mailers!

Dishonest business, after quoting us a price to scrap our vehicle, hitched it up and drove off without paying. Deserves zero stars.

I only use em when convenient they are soooo slow always appear disorganized. First few time i stooped figure new place they will work it how long has it been now and still the same!!

Kanect has the best scap prices prices in Ashtabula, and I'm thinking best in surrounding prices. I like the fact that they are proffesional and don't chat, or smile in your face like some yards while they're rippin you off, paying the lowest possible price. Thanks Kanect for your respect and integrity, being a scrapper is hard work, not to give it away. Some people don't know what intevrity means. Keep up the good work!
