I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. We purchased a Toyota yesterday from Keys auto. The salesman, Ray, was unbelievably helpful, patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all the cars he had for sale. He went out of his way to make sure we picked the right car and had a pleasant experience. The finance gentleman, John, had all the papers prepared quickly and we were out in less than an hour. They may purchasing a car a pleasant experience.

A great group of people. What I really liked was how Justin asked me only questions on my interest. What I wanted and didn’t try to sell a vehicle that he had if it didn’t meet ALL of my criteria. Then found my vehicle elsewhere and got it to his dealership in a timely manner. They kept me informed throughout the process. A lot of respect was given to what I wanted. The expertise in the industry is awesome. I would definitely recommend Key West Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Check in was quick, and checkout was quick too. Service desk person was friendly, and car seems clean and happy (though there wasn't really anything it needed except an oil change). Overall, a pleasant surprise!

Went in for an oil change and the service was spectacular! Very nice people and my car was ready ahead of schedule. It’s a small dealership but they treated me like a person not a number. I will be returning for my next oil change and then buying a car from this hometown dealership . Very happy with the experience.

I discovered in mid October that all 4 tires on my Toyota Prius were badly worn on the inside1/4 of the tread. This had been going on for some time as the inside tread on the front tires was completely gone. The wear should have been reported to me at my previous check ups and oil changes as the tires were rotated at those times. The wear was such that all 4 tires had to be replaced.When I made the appointment I asked that the service manager be available to address the situation. I waited over an hour and had to ask several times for the service manager. When I asked about NOT being informed about the tire wear at my last service he replied it wouldn't have mattered that I would still need tires. No comment about the lack of communication at my past 2 service check ups. If informed I could have had the alignment made earlier and gotten more mileage out of tires.

I love Toyota cars, I’ve been driving 4Runners, 4 wheel drive, for 20 years. I went to the dealership for my 4th one. As luck would have it, they had none. (And truthfully, living in KW, I don’t need the same vehicle I once needed living on a ranch.)However, I met Ray and he showed me my dream car, the tricked out, all wheel drive, hybrid highlander. (My daughter has a hybrid highlander and I’ve always liked it immensely.)Ray is professional, thoughtful and thorough. He also made the annoyingly long process of buying a car bearable with his sense of fun and humor.I just wanted to thank Ray and all the the professional folks at KW Toyota, including the service department for the great work you do.

I had every intention of buying a car on Tuesday but wanted to try a few dealerships. Given the reliability of Toyotas, I started at their dealership. Had a fantastic experience through Key West Toyota! Justin greeted us immediately, inquired about our needs, knew we were pressed for time, and in tune to skipping any small talk. He went through each vehicle available, weighing the pros and cons and let us test drive two of them. After choosing a hybrid, Justin walked us through the paperwork in a timely manner and we drove our new vehicle home that day! He was personable, as if we've known him forever as well as patient and playful with my very energetic, interrupting 6 year old. He even let him pick out one of the hotwheel cars he has displayed on the walls in his office. Justin made sure my new vehicle was detailed, washed, and had a full tank. I was relieved that he wasn't "that" car salesman that customers avoid, especially being a female. I've dealt with car salesmen at other dealerships that completely dismiss me, only speaking to my significant other, turning me off from doing any kind of business with them. But not at Key West Toyota! Justin made sure I had his number so I can contact him for any questions I had especially as owning a Hybrid is foreign to me. Every employee I came in contact with, from the gentleman sharing an office with Justin to the financial officer, was very down to earth, polite, and professional. I would rate my experience a 10/10 and look forward to buying my next vehicle fromthem. Ask for Justin!
