Julie at the service desk provided good customer service, but the cashier in the office across the room was terrible and should not be working in customer service. I went to pay for a $4k repair and she wouldn’t even give me time to look through the documents before I signed off on them. If I’m going to be shelling out FOUR FREAKING THOUSAND dollars, I’m going to want to look through the receipt before I sign and pay for it. Also, most dealerships will waive your diagnostic fee if you get your repairs done with them. They wouldn’t waive our $167 diagnostic fee on a $4k repair. I will never be coming back here as long as I’m in the Keys.

Scammers. Avoid at all costs. I was down in the keys for a month and my Jeep was running poorly. I took it in for a check up and they said it needed a new fuel injector along with other items to be fixed…total bill was $3,000. I said I would wait till I saw my dealer at home…took it there said none of that work needed to be done…it was just bad gas. Stay away.

Brought my Ram 1500 Eco Diesel in for repair. Regina was my service advisor. She was efficient and communicated well. The diesel tech had my problem fixed quickly. The price was reasonable. Altogether a good experience, especially in these times where good employees are so hard to find and retain.

The prices are high but this is the norm for Key West, they are more than competitive with other local shops. I have always been treated with respect and my knowledge was not discounted. There are only two things that keep them from 5 stars, first is they offer a shuttle but can't get me because I live 8 miles away. Second is a lack of communication between departments. Over all they are my shop for things I don't want to do or don't have the tools for.

Had my Jeep taken here to have some issues looked into and some recall work. Victor with the service department promptly attempted to rip me off as best he could. Quoted a $2000 transmission without even opening the hood. Tried to charge $180 to plug it into the diagnostic machine which should have been included with the recall work but could not provide a print out for the test when requested. Victor went outside and got into the car while I was waiting for the printout that they “usually throw in the trash” and said he needed to bring the Jeep back to “hook it up to the WiFi, for the report” and got very upset and aggressive when I told him that I understood that he was trying to rip me off and told me to leave without paying. Highly recommend not taking any vehicles here to be serviced.

Never go to Miami againI am happy with my 2019 Toyota C-HR Limited. My sales consultant Nikolai was very knowledgeable, he helped me making my mind and showed me this beautiful C-HR. Also I have gotten a very good deal on it. I saved my time and the money without going to Miami.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Not only did they tell me they fixed the same issue 2 different times and charge me $250 then $650 respectively, when the issue arose once again they tried to charge me another $300. When I said I wouldn't pay and just wanted my car back, they said I'd be charged a checkout fee of $100. I had to pay or they would have kept my car. Don't go here ever.Update: I took my jeep to Keys Automotive Sales & Service and not only did they fix ALL the issues that Keys Auto Center created when working on my vehicle, they also did it at a third of the price. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card from Keys Auto Center and again, recommend no one waste their time or money bring their vehicle here.

My husband and I have been stationed in Key West for almost 2 years. This was the first time we’ve ever purchased a car from a dealership and the whole experience went surprisingly smooth. Keys Auto Center offers excellent prices and their staff are extremely helpful! We worked with Ray and 10/10 would highly recommend working with him! Ray was down to earth, funny, and overall made it an enjoyable experience for us! He did everything in his power to help us find the right vehicle for us and help us achieve a price we could afford. They really take care of their locals and military families! Thank you so much Ray and all of the wonderful people that helped up!

I had such an amazing experience at key west auto center. From the moment I walked all the way to the end with me purchasing a vehicle. All the staff was so kind to make to me to make sure I was being taken care of. John Duffy was the one I worked with me from the start to finish and ended up selling me my beautiful new 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Duffy is just an awesome person and very caring! KW auto center is lucky to have such a great employee!!!! Keep it up

Been getting our cars serviced here for 3 years now, and always treated really well. Have not had any of the normal car dealer service or trying to sell you stuff you don't really need. came time to buy my daughter her first car, and trusted these guys with that as well.
