New store manager is VERY lazy, Me and about 5 others waited in line while one AutoZone employee took care of us while the "Store Manager" was at A different register leaned over, on his phone. I also came at another time for an Diagnostic test, and instead of coming outside and helping me, He made me wait for a young man outside, who already was in the midst of changing a couple's battery and helping another with a headlight bulb replacement. I feel bad for the innocent employees , definitely won't be back.

Simple cant get my auto door lock( the button that locks door. It works without it by key but empty hole on door. Said take wide to miami. I said 3 hr drive for a little thing that maybe is k. Line.now wish he told me name of that little lock button on door. I'd like to try someplace on line. No Honda dealers in keywest. And its older accord
