I waited two hours at Marshall auto just for them to bring the part which was damaged...I called Town and Country ten minutes away and they had the part in perfect condition pulled and in my possession within the hour of calling. And they even let me ride out to the car to inspect the part before they removed it. Definitely recommend this place and will be using again in the near future 👍 #KINGSTON TOWING

Spoke to the lady on the phone at 4:20 pm and inform her I am heading there to get a climate control unit .She replied she had it . I then drove 40 m to get there at 5:10 and was told they stopped taking customers at 4:30! Extremely unprofessional ! Why would you not inform me of that on the phone at 4:20 🫤. I will go back to driving to Columbus to pick n pull( w real customer service and ppl w a brain) before every going to this dump again !
