Called to get parts and they said yes we got it come on down. Got there and after waiting over an hour they came back and didn’t have any of them. Came down on another occasion and the parts they had were cracked and broken. Way overpriced and expect to be there well over an hour. They think they have gold. Luckily other places are more reasonable

I was told that I "had to have the vehicle with me" In order to get the part I need... I know what part I need... but for some reason, you have to have the vehicle with u! It shouldn't be that difficult to just check and see the part u asked for....

The lady who answers the phone was very rude, had an attitude and even hung up on me when I was bein nothing but kind and just asking questions, very unprofessional, I’ll be taking my business else where

One star is even hard to give them. They have the absolute worst customer service ever and are extremely rude. And I had to wait an hour on a part a part that was bad at that. The lady tried to say that Advance & Auto Zone lie when we watched them test the part 3 different times and ended up having to get a new one. Will definitely take my business else where forsure.

Had the part I needed, friendly service. Be careful pulling in and out.

I would rather drive an hour to Columbus to buy car parts, than talk to the woman who answers the phone here. Wow is she rude.

I stopped in one day and left with a van load of ‘hard to find’ Crossfire parts. Fair prices and helpful staff. It was worth the 100 mile drive here from Cincinnati. If another Crossfire hits the yard, I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped there on a what the heck !They personally took me out in the yard to look at the selection that they said they had, and personally got to pick the parts for them to remove.Not only were they the right color but in good shape, price was right, and friendly. I would give them a try, might find what you need.
