My car would not start yesterday. I had bought my battery a couple years ago from O'Reilly in Cartersville, Georgia. They said they would not install my battery so I paid another customer in line 25$ to install my over $100 dollar battery.This morning I called the O'Reilly store in Cedartown, Georgia and a really nice lady answered. She looked up my number and said it was still under warranty, to bring my car by after I jump it and they would test it. She said if it was Bad, they would replace it AND install it!!! 👌 WoW!!!WIN For me!!I drove it over and the Manager, Andrew, came out and tested it. He tested my Battery, Starter, and Alternator. With a smile on his face. He said, all three was good, he would love to sell me something, but he is an honest man. Stating, I did not need it. He said perhaps I did not shut my door all the way, that might have been the problem. He also went a step further and helped me put some oil in my car!!What Service ya have O'Reilly!! You need to hang onto your staff. They are definitely on it!!!You have earned my business for all of my automotive needs!!!Thanks Andrew, and Cedartown O'Reilly's!!!

I have had to purchase 3 batteries in 6 months...different vehicles. They're great! You may have to wait a bit for their service but when it's your turn, they're on it. Great customer service.
