Worst online buying experience in 2021. First negative google review I ever left.Sold us fuel lines, MSRP is about $171, so not cheap lines. Paid about $90. there is a non serviceable O-ring in the line, which was damaged and caused a leak. Asked to return the item 72 hours after arrival due to it leaking.Wanted us to pay return shipping and take 20% as a restocking fee on the defective item. They just could not believe that their fuel lines were leaking. These o-rings are know to be problematic, so it should not have been hard to believe that they were acting up. I explained how it’s a known issue, didn’t matter. They kept saying the leak was from the o-rings on my throttle body, however, the leak was manifesting itself at the higher gas tank fitting o-ring, so they were clearly confused. It was clearly from the tank fitting as liquid runs downhill with gravity.Very disappointing to see how tight people hold their money when they have an upper hand in a transaction. If you buy from them, use a party such as eBay to assure eBay can force their hand to do what is right. But better just to find another vendor.

Drive almost an hour to get to this place and got there just before 5pm. As we were pulling in they were locking their doors. The sign and their website hours clearly stated they closed at 5:30. After explaining we drove so far they basically told us it sucks to suck and try again another day. They do not respond to emails or call back when asked about parts they may or may not have.

I was looking for a hard to find part for my motorcycle. These guys were awesome. They let me look around their whole yard and dig through a pile of carburetors to find the piece I needed. Only charged me ten dollars and literally saved me about $340.

BEWARE! ONE STAR!Customer Service was extremely unprofessional and gave contradictory information. The man who was pulling the part refused to pull the part (I believe name was Shane or Shank) and weigh it in a box to give an estimate on how much they decided they were going to charge for shipping. We needed this information to be able to compare with other stores, as the shipping cost almost as much as the part, which is not worth it. He did not give a total of the part, and he wanted the card information before telling me an estimate on how much it was all going to be. When I asked for more information and told him he was giving contradictory information from the older customer service representative woman who answered the phone, he got upset and wanted to immediately terminate the call. We were forced to give our card number without knowing the price, and how much shipping was going to be. Would not buy from here again. I would not recommend it either! There are cheaper options and people who actually value their customers and show respect even in moments of frustration from the unknown. We will update about the part and if we have any issues, as I have seen from previous reviewers that their parts were also faulty.Go somewhere else!

Great people. If you buy a motorcycle from them you can ride it all the way to California. They check them completely out before they sell them. Got a 1996 Shadow 600 from them a couple of years ago. Couldn't be happier.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Drove an hour for bike wires. Shank was unwilling to take a quick look at my bike to advise on the correct parts needed. We informed him we thought the bike simply needed a positive & negative battery cable. He insisted our request for him to look & advise was a request to “work” on the bike at no service fee. Even said I would pay him $20 to take a look & share his knowledge on the direction we should take. He said “I can’t, I have other things to do, what don’t you understand.” Just entirely rude & insulting. He told me I needed to purchase a $100 wiring harness without having looked at the bike. He clearly was just after my money.Jay the owner goes above and beyond for his customers. Always looks at our bikes when we come in & tells us which direction we should go. Thankfully, another customer was willing to take a quick look & informed us we just needed a positive & negative wire. Simple, quick, & easy. Wasted so much time dealing with Shank. If we ever come back, we will only be speaking with Jay.

Lied about the price it went up when I went in. They messed up the crankshaft bearing by beating downward on the flywheel puller to remove the flywheel on my 4 wheeler. There was no play in the bearing before I took it for them to remove it as I had already checked that.

Drove 3 hours to see these guys. Very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed and my engine was ready to bolt right in with minimal effort.Took the time to explain everything and to answer my questions. So far no issues with the engine. They have my business.
