Seem money hungry. Have the highest prices in town. I like that they diagnosed within 10 minutes my car quickly BUT charged me a $80 diagnostic fee, and $4 shop fee, which never was shared before coming in. Then they wanted $800 for a job done for $100 at Brian’s.

Awful place ! They towed my car & refused services ! Zero stars …. Overly money-hungry. They don’t care about customers at all. Not the least bit friendly.

Got in my car and they still lifted it up and towed it while I was stuck inside!!! Then charged me DOUBLE for release on a main street during rush hour traffic!!!! This place needs to be and WILL BE closed shortly!!! GUARANTEED!!!!

I LOVE these guys! I was on vacation with my kiddos and ended up with a flat tire. They promptly found me despite not knowing where I was located, took me and the kids to the mall while they fixed my car, picked us up within an hour to take us back to my fixed vehicle. They were a HUGE blessing when I was having a rough morning. They went above and beyond anything I could ever ask for. I don’t live in Indiana but if I’m ever in the area and need help I’ll be sure to call them! They also didn’t charge as much as I expected so I’m grateful for that! Me and the kids ended up being able to finish our vacation quickly because of their kindness! Thank you again!!!

These guys got me out of a pinch when I got stranded on the highway without a spare last weekend. From initial call to drop-off at a nearby tire place, it took Moore's less than one hour to get me going again. So grateful to this company and the driver who rescued me for making it fast and easy.

Stay away. They tried charging me for a diagnostics that they didn’t even finish. They did the pre diagnostics then told me to take my car somewhere because it was too much to fix. So I ended up finding a real mechanic who showed me what a real diagnostic test is, then fixed the blown coil and I was driving my car that same day. When I confronted the owner he was courteous and apologetic and assured my money would be refunded. The money was never returned to my account and when I went back they said they had a receipt that shows it was returned. These people are all lethargic, condescending, and take no responsibility. Any positive reviews of this place are fake or the people are just too dumb to realize how bad they’re trying to bend you over. Also the old man should invest in some denture glue because they aren’t supposed to keep popping out of your mouth...

My truck wouldn't start. And I needed it towed home. They came on time and towed it home. The driver was great and helped out even at night time. Definitely will be my first choice next time I need a tow.

Went a few days back to get my exhaust repaired on my car, they told me to come today Thursday 3/12/21. I get there at 8:10am and they tell me the person isn’t there to fix it so they can’t work on my car. Mind you I came from a far distance. I’ll never go back there again because not only was it a waste of time, I could it went somewhere else during the time I waited to actually find someone who can fix it

Knowledgeable staff, chances are they don't have your part but they can order it, competitive prices. You'll probably end up paying the same price everywhere else
