Good place and good people. Some things are over priced, some are under priced. Just have to do your home work.

We had a collision of a deer near Lacombe. Wife got picked up by popow towing. Then began the progress of the rebuild. Our insurance gave us limited time with a rental. But popow helped us out a lot. John and his crew kept us up to date each step of the way and able to get our highlander back looking new. It had over 26k in damage on a like new 2017 highlander limited. The vehicle drives great after 3 months. No surprise issues. Happy to have our vehicle back.Would recommend to anyone to get their vehicle repaired here.

Great service. I was trying to source out a used part for my vehicle. Phoned a cpl places in BC and didn't even get a phone call back. Called Popow's out in Alberta and within 2 days it was at my door. Awesome

What absolutely horrific staff they have working there. I pulled over into their parking lot because one of my lights wasn’t working. My husband was quickly fixing it & one of their staff rudely threatened that we’d better not be there long. My husband said don’t mind us. The employee quickly became heated & started yelling at my husband & then me to “get the **** off the property.” I am just appalled. If that’s the type of people you have working at your establishment, then you will certainly never get our business again.

Had issues with my car starting even being plugged in and trying to boost it myself. Wayne showed up fast and had was able to boost my car right away. Very helpful and happy guy!I've also had great experiences dealing with the used auto parts side and highly recommend James, super helpful and awesome to deal with!

I just wanna know why some people say not to have your vehicle towed there

Excellent service today. My truck wouldn't start. I called and spoke to someone (yeah no hold or difficult queues). She had someone out within 30 minutes. The young man who showed up had my vehicle started in no time. Very unexpected considering the temperature.. thanks for the pleasant, polite and speedy service for my boost!
