Although the accident and damage wasn't great, the service at and by those working at Popow's was amazing- each person I dealt with from towing and the body shop was so kind and informative. Their support and concern when I first reached out to them was extremely reassuring. They talked me through the whole process from pickup to repair, and gave me plenty of options for what could be done to best suit me and my situation. Whenever I called in they were friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to return my vehicle in even better shape than it was before! I hadn't expected it to be totally wiped down and cleaned on the interior as well but when I picked it up it now has the "new car smell" and looks fantastic. I can't tell that the accident happened looking at it now! Excellent attention to detail. My car was fixed as agreed in a reasonable amount of time and for less than the quote. They did extras for me like fixing my headlight, rear light and buffed headlights. When I picked up my car, it was washed inside and out! John, service manager is very quick, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. We have always had good service and the job done right at Popows Auto Body.

Took my Ford truck to have major body work done. From start to finish, dealing with Johnny was a great pleasure. He was helpful, pleasant and patient with me. I had Popo Pick up my Custom 2003 Land Rover (which I trust with no one) from Spruce Grove and flat deck it down to Excel Transmission in Red Deer.The driver came this past winter, of course just after a huge snow fall. My poor Rover had its cover frozen to it.I drove up and met the driver at my place to find a snowbank, under which was my Rover. I had just had shoulder surgery so there was no way I could help much at all. The snow was nearly waist deep. The driver showed up and drove in the the back of my property, and in doing so got his flat deck stuck. Which was completely my fault. So now who tows out the tow truck. Thank God my neighbor happened to be out clearing snow in his side by side. He came over, plowed the snow properly and the 2 got the Tow truck out. Now, at this point, 95% of any tow companies would have simply left. But not this guy. We got the cover etc off the Rover and he winches it out. And that was no simple task. But he did it and got it delivered. Safe.Popos are AMA friendly as well.There is a reason that this family business has been around for prob 45yrs.or more.Service: Painting
