princess auto goes above and beyond in customer service skills. In my experience I have never seen any store make it so easy for refunds/returns. The quality of tools in general is more then adequate especially considering the price point.Their customer satisfaction is amazing and without the amazing staff, it wouldn't be the same. (Special thanks to Nicole, your awesome)

The last three times I went they don't have the items in their flyers . I asked three separate staff members where I should look for the item and all three sent me to different places in the store . In the end they said they had six but couldn't find them anywhere. I live 45 minutes away from this location and like I said . It had happened twice before. I talked to a staff member about it and he said it happens all the time

I love to wander, lost, around Princess Auto, looking at the many projects which are born here. I usually can't find what I'm looking for despite the signs on the aisles, that I rarely glimpse at. It's about the journey, not the race. Now and then I rely on not my aimless saunter, but the super helpful employees. They really are stellar at this location, the fourth I've frequented from Burnside to Valleyview. Keep it up, now and then a man will ask for directions.
