The gentlemen named Tyson at pro auto recyclers was very helpful over the phone. I needed a tire rim for my car and they had it in stock. I asked them to have it ready for me when I arrived and they did just that. These guys are pretty great actually and I definitely recommend this buisness to anyone looking for auto parts for a good price. Jan is the best, he got me an ECU for my volkswagen and went out of his way to make sure I got the part on time. Was with a buddy when he purchased a motor and transmission from this place and i heard with my own ears he had one year warranty with his purchase. Not even 5000 km on new motor from this place it ceased and when he called for his waranty they said he has none. This place will say what ever they can to make a sale . NG

Looked high and low for a roof rack for my cx5 and finally found one at Pro Auto Recyclers in Surrey. I called and talked to Tyson who confirmed they did have the roof rack, he was polite and knowledgeable, he got me a total with shipping half way across Canada. They were super fast to get it sent out even with all the flooding in BC. I'd highly recommended Pro Auto Recyclers!

Thank you pro auto for helping me get the parts I needed to repair my car! Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right parts (they were all in great condition). I accidently mixed up what kind of headlight my car has so I ordered the wrong headlight. Despite my error Rick was able to find Me the actual headlight I needed in a very timely manner.If I ever need parts again or a friend asks where they can find parts I will defiently recommend pro auto from now on!!

Do not purchase anything from this establishment they are a rip off.They were the nicest people ever and the second they got my money the tables turned. There are many auto wreckers to go to , please do not go to this one.
