Never seen a business owner hurting his own business more than this guy. Make themselves busy without accomplishing a thing. What's the point of answering a phone if one don't know anything (nor price, delivery, or availability). A response is always to call back without intention of calling back. Promised free delivery without having any working vehicles; only lost time. Always have to show up to deal in person when it's the 21st century. Very annoying to deal with.They have a good inventory, but should pull up their customer service and work on their management skills.

I was very satisfied with the friendliness and service I received. It helps that they had the part that I needed and decided to remove the part before they closed which screwed me a trip back there next day. Threw gentleman that actually removed the window i was purchasing was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. I site how that he got his $20 tip I left for him as well add the front desk staff I left a $20 tip as well. THANKS YOU GUYS!!!!!

Asked the person on the phone if he had a headlight for a vehicle, guy seemed very angry that I called and rushed me off the phone like I was wasting his precious time. Won't be sending any more business to these people if that's how the first interaction with potential clients is performed.

Not sure why the call themselves save on parts. It should be more like "how to get ripped off". They gave me a price which was higher then the dealer. When I nicely explained this the staff and the owner were extremely rude and tell me off. They said to get out and buy from dealer

Very helpful staff and cheap service. I was looking for a specific part for my car that would cost me over $500 new, and I got it in great condition off of an old car for just $60, and another $30 for the labour. It's like-new and was installed just fine, so I think I got a pretty great deal.
