It was after hours and the man was elderly so I was expecting to get a room for the night. He has us hooked up with a perfect trailer tire and even mounted it in less than 10 minutes. Best price on I-40... I know because we had 2 more blowouts on our trailer before we hit Arkansas. I highly recommend this man to any person in this situation

I was traveling to Oklahoma and took the exit for Love’s Gas Station in Tucumcari and I hit a sink hole or pot hole and it blew my tire out. I drove it a mile down the road to Quality Lube and Tire and Heather was so professional and helpful in a stressful time for myself. They did not have a tire that fit my car, but they had one that was slightly bigger and I had it put on, she also recommended another business down the road and they had one of my tires in stock. So my daughter is driving alone, spends the night at Tucumcari, gets out of the hotel 5 mins and her tire blows. Being the big city man that I am, start looking for Sams Club, Discount Tire, Walmart .. in that order.. and no nothing. Call the hotel front desk and she says Quality Lube & Tire... great people great service. Call them Gaby picks up, has just 2 tires, I said ok.. I will get one. She ACTUALLY HOLDS IT FOR ME, call from another number and tell them my daughter is on the way, and they hold the remaining tire for me as well. Well Daughter is in and out in less than 30 mins with new tires (2) installed and they gave her a DISCOUNT. Everyone is in business to make a living. But I would personally like to thank Heather, Gaby, Ty and Muci.. for going the extra mile and getting her back on the road as quickly as one could. THANK YOU for being GOOD HUMAN BEINGS. -- Anjan

Wow, this place was amazing! We had a blowout 10 miles out of Albuquerque at quarter to 5 am and this was the first place on the way that was open. There were 3 or 4 other cars in the drive when we pulled in and I braced myself for a wait. But nope, they attended to us immediately and had us changed and out of there in 15 minutes flat, and at an excellent price! Color me impressed! I don't think I've gotten such good service anywhere else, including big shiny chain stores. Thanks for saving our schedule, guys!

They have good customer service. The service is good quality. The prices are high. $16 for a balance.

I live in Tucumcari. If you need an oil change, quality is okay. If you need any type of tire service done they are a complete joke. I'm trying to get ahold of the owner to let them know about their unprofessional tendencies. This makes 2 times now they have denied my friend service. I'm really thinking it's a RACE problem because when I go (btw im white) I get treated entirely different than her. So beware if you aint upper class.... Or look anything less because their services magically change.

One day out on a two month trip we had a valve stem issue which lead to a flat tire. Fortunately we found Lathe and he was aware of our issue. Got us in and back on the road within 15 minutes. Thank you!!!

Heck yes! These guys rule! Yes, they fix flats. Yes, they found a nail, that stowed-away from Arizona. Asked how Covid is treating them, & they're in great spirits. What a treat. I was worried about this tire, thinking we'd have to drive some distance for quality repair. We love Tucumcari!

Everyone was so nice and friendly. We got broke down on our way home and they ordered us tires and had them the next day and on our truck in 30 mins. Great customer service would reccomend to anyone.
