This junkyard has no idea how to treat customers. From the moment I called, the staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor by answering basic questions. When I arrived in person, it got worse— They clearly don’t care about customer service or professionalism. If you’re looking for a place that values your time and money, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other yards that actually want your business. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hello everyone I just want to say Art at R&S Auto Parts is a fantastic business. I went there because I needed a new window for the driver's side of a Chevy Malibu 2011. Yes, he had it at and very reasonable price. But he also told me of a great place where I could have them put the window in at a reasonable price too. Lorenzo's window Auto Shop Ricky put it in and I'm a very happy woman. You know today most people don't take that extra mile in helping people. Especially when we need it the most. Well for this senior citizen, it was appreciated what the gentleman Art did for me. So I say Thank you very much Art.
