I own a business out in Hawaii and let me tell you these guys are amazing! Absolutely nailed it with customer service, answering all my questions, they even took it for shipping to a nearby location so I got the part in 3 days. I will be calling them first for all my used parts needs. You should too. I've dealt with literally dozens of operations, they are the best. Packaged very expertly with no chance of getting damaged.

Could definitely have WAY better customer service reps that answer the phone. Called for specific parts needed out of certain years for various parts of a vehicle that I did my own research on. Pretty Condescending know it all kinda fella. God forbid he put his pride aside and let a mechanic tell him what they need. Will not recommend to the shop.
