Staff went above and beyond- would give more stars if it were possible. I was traveling from out of state & saw a car on their website. I called & they were getting ready to close but stayed open since I was so far from home- didn't even have a guaranteed sale, just being nice. We ended up with a very nice vehicle & extremely high opinion of this place. I would not hesitate buying from them again- they were worth the drive.

We purchased our first Jeep from Redwood Auto sales. To our surprise it was trail rated so we could go off-roading without even knowing it! Tim was great to work with and helped us with everything. The sale went extremely smooth and easy. I would definitely stop at Redwood Auto sales for your next purchase. Fastest buying experience we've ever had. We were in and out the door in 20 minutes!

Found a highly desired truck here on their website on a Sunday. Texted Tim and he agreed to hold it for me until that Wednesday since we were driving from three hours away. Didn’t ask for money down over the phone to hold it, just took my word that I would be there to buy it! He had four other customers offer to buy it before we got there, but he kept his word! Awesome customer service and the truck was exactly as described on the web! Paperwork was quick and professional and we were back on the road within a half an hour with my sons first truck! Would definitely recommend these guys and we will be back in the future, worth the drive! Thanks again Tim!!

Friend called owner to buy car, was told no money needed to be put down. Then got call from friend about them calling him to tell him the vehicle was sold day before. My friend had talked to mechanic to let him know that we were buying the car, but the mechanic was the one that supposedly took the money A DAY BEFORE! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. middle finger!!!

I am very happy with my SUV purchase. They had what I was looking for in excellent condition at a great price. It was definitely worth the 2 hour drive. No pressure to purchase and they don’t try to sell you a bunch of add-ons like the big dealers. I would buy from them again.

I will recomend this place to anyone looking for used vehicles. I had a great experience purchasing one for my family. Very friendly and down to earth, I even got a discount and help with new tires! Two of my family members have also purchased from here in the last year. They both had the same great experience and got very reliable used vehicles.

We recently bought my 7th vehicle at redwood Auto sales it was a 2012 Subaru Forester.. extremely clean high mile wagon.. the car was exactly what I thought it would be and works perfect. Fast easy no hassle sales., in and out in 25 minutes. If you're looking for a high mile vehicle at a low price this is the place to stop at.

First truck I called on sold while I was in the process of getting a local loan on the truck (I live in Wisconsin). They knew I wanted that truck and I committed to purchasing it and even shared details of my flight to get it. They wouldn’t admit to the wrong but offered a “better truck” for the same price. Looked great in pictures. I flew there and they picked me up from the airport and I was handed the truck. Looked fine. Drove it 6 hours home and this 2500HD didn’t even have enough power to stay in 6th gear when the AC was on! Called and they said sold as is. Took it to a local dealer and it needed 2K of exhaust work and the dealer called and told me it had been in a pretty bad accident once in it’s life and had frame damage. Very visible underneath. Worst vehicle purchase I have made. I should have walked away when they sold a truck they had already agreed to sell to me. Guy lost his temper on the phone as soon as I told him I was calling on a truck I recently purchased from here. Comments show a similar trend. Skip these guys.
