Im sorry that I called and ruined the lady's day that answered the phone this morning. Apparently she hates her job and wants all us potential customers to feel her pain. I'll just take my business elsewhere as I wouldn't want to potentially loose fingers to this lady for making her do the job she hates oh so much. Careful yall she bites! Edited to add: well after reading reviews for this place, now im questioning management cause why you have so many bad reviews of this lady being rude and she still works there? lame

Rick at the unloading dock is the most respectful and helpful person I've ever met at a recycling center!! You can tell he runs the show,multitasking and organized!! They (my opinion)give the best prices!!

I have NEVER had someone answer the phone as rude as the lady answering the phones did today. That was horrible. If you hate your job just say that or don’t come in. I’m glad I’m not bringing my business there cause good grief
