I have used Baker auto for over 20 yrs. I have had flat tires, car accidents, dead battery and every time I call Ted gives me a price and I feel completely safe and happy with the professional services. He even towed my car to the dealer to get a new tire so I could drive home. Absolutely the best company in Bucks County! Definitely have referred my friends to a great small company and they are Happy!

All in all, for a misunderstanding bad situation, Baker Automotive are pretty decent guys. Seemed very concerned and very accommodating. Pretty decent guys for a dirty job. Thanks for the respect your ladies and gentleman gave our Highly Decorated 100% Disable U S Navy's Combat Corpsman. The Baker family crew are few and far between but nice to see Civilians like your men and women thank you. God Bless America! Semper Fi.

Friendly and courteous staff who was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Definitely would use them for a tow again!

This is the only time I will probably ever say this lol. But I'm glad they were called to impound my boyfriend's vehicle. They were friendly, efficient, and, I believe her name was Colleen working in the office the day I called and a few later when I went, was awesome. I actually had a 5 star experience at an impound lot lol. I will definitely use them again if I need a tow or any roadside service.

Amazing family business I was involved in an auto accident and the police department called Bakers to tow my vehicle the tow truck driver was a female WOW !! She was great worked fast and efficiently while taking extreme care with my vehicle even though it was a 98 Corolla that i smashed into a telephone pole

In cahoots with township police???? A vehicle was stolen out of my driveway in mid July. Two weeks later, I receive a call from the Lower Southampton police department informing me that my truck was found in a mall parking lot at 1:00am the night before. I was then told that the truck was being "processed," and that I will be notified when to pick it up. I wait a day or two and call back. I was told that the person I need to speak with is not at his desk. They take my name a number and say that he will call back. I get a call back on my answering machine the following day while I was at work.. I call back and was told that he left for the day, and to call back. I call back, and was told that the person I need to speak with is on vacation. I ask to speak to someone regarding my truck. After giving info on it, I was placed on hold, then told that they do not have any suck truck in their system, and to talk about it with officer so-and-so when he gets back from vacation next week. I call back and, again, was told that the person I need to speak with is not in and to leave a massage. No one ever called me back. Eight weeks later, I get a call that Baker's Towing has my truck,. I call Baker's Towing,( who ironically happens to also be a salvage yard), and they want $90 for towing, and $35 per day for storage. I asked how long did they had the truck and was told, about a month. Add that up! Coincidentally, the fees equal close to the Kelly Blue Book value of the truck. (MONEY-MAKER) SCAM!

Got stuck in the middle of the road and Bill from Ted Bake Automotive was able to pick me up right away. Not only he was professional, he even attempted to see if he could fix the car. If you’re in a bind, reach out to them.

The owner of this company is polite, understanding and very reasonable. I would recommend doing business with this company for any services that would suit your needs. Thanks again.
