Unfortunately my vehicle was destroyed in a car fire and I needed to get it taken off the street asap. After a couple of phone calls to a couple of places one of them gave me Kyle's number. I reached out and explained my situation to Kyle and he was empathetic and willing to help me remedy my predicament. Within hours of the fire Kyle and helper arrived to take away the CARcass for proper disposal. Both of them were professional and personable and made a not so good day for me a little better! Highly recommend these guys!

Thompson Towing has outstanding customer service. Christian junks cars for a flat rate- no wiggle room. Initially I wanted more $ for my car so he connected me with someone who buys and sells cars to see if it was worth it. Unfortunately my car really was junk so I ended up going with Christian anyway but so grateful he knows other people and tried to get me the most $$ for my car before crushing it. When it came for the appointment- we locked in a time via text(always quick to reply), he showed up 10 min early and we were completely done only 5 minutes past the appointment time. I walked away with cash in hand. This is clearly a growing family business that keeps customers in mind.
