Im not trying to bad mouth anyone. But I saw a radiator support for a 2014 BMW 550 online at Toms for $199.00. I called and spoke with Dean, he said the part was available, I could not believe the price, so I described what I saw online and directed him to the picture. He said yep, we have it. I took the day off two days later and called him in the morning to go and pick it up. As I am coming from south jersey and its a four hour trip. I had asked him to also email me a picture of the support. Never got that,but, he assured me he had more than one. The trip took me 8 hrs in total after calling before leaving in the morning to confirm they had the part. He said yep still available. When I got there he said that one had been sold but he would have another one taken out of another car for me. After returning home. I got a call and he told me they didn't have another even after he had shown me the picture of the car they would be taking it out of. I said Oh. Ahh maybe your pricing was a typo. How much do you guys actually want for the support. He said they had all been deleted from the computers so he didn't have a price and could not help me. Waaaoow!

I ordered two parts for my BMW from this company. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone to order with was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I ordered at 3:00 PM, and the parts were shipped the same day. One part I ordered was correct on the company’s end, but not correct on my end. I wanted to ship the part back. The company has a hassle free return process, which isn’t something you see with all used car part companies. The part came with a free return label, and the return shipping was paid for by the company. I was timely refunded upon the company’s receipt of my part. I will continue to check here first for all of my used part needs. They truly went above and beyond to earn my business.

On Tom's Foreign Auto Parts website it stated the driveshaft for my QX60 was on the shelf and ready to be shipped. They charged me for it and a today I received an e-mail asking to call them immediately. They report that "the part isn't ready to go, it's inoperable, the center bearing is broken."I can't recommend them as they charged me and then decided to take a look at my part, "on the shelf." It's a bad part...set my project back. Thanks for nothing Ed and Tom.They didn't even try to make it right. In fact Tom said, "Yup, you're just screwed," in response to me asking that question. Jerks.

Fantastic experience. Tom's Foreign Auto customer service astounded me. While ordering, they were quick and clear with all the information I needed. They shipped quickly and the engine was exactly as described. They offered a one year warranty, which is something I typically don't buy, but it was relatively inexpensive "insurance" if something went wrong, so I bought it. About three months after the install, the head gasket failed. Tom's found and sent another engine in just a few days and later sent a check that paid for the installation of the new engine. They were helpful and easy to deal with through all of it. I am amazed. I wish more companies operated like them. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service at Toms foreign. I worked directly with Dean to get a engine for my 2007 Bmw 328xi. After installation I had a issues with my crank case ventilator and internal component to the value cover of the engine. I brought the issue up to dean who went the extra mile to take care of the cost of a new valve cover for my engine. Will definitely be making all my purchases with these guys again.
