I would avoid them. The state that they guarantee the highest price - this is a lie. They offered me the highest price over the phone, then a guy showed up over an hour late for scheduled appt and tried to low ball for lower than other offers I had from other scrappers. When I told the guy I had higher offers, he said they'll offer you lower once they see the car too - update, the other place did not, they honoured their quote over the phone.This place is advertising a guarantee that they absolutely do not back up. If you want someone to show up late, and low-ball you after making you reasonable offer on phone - these are your guys.
