Great place, bought a transmission adapter plate over the phone and it was shipped/arrived within a couple days. Would definitely use again if I need more parts in the future!

They had the right part but did not want to sale it after I drove 2 hours the worst costumer service I have ever experienced

I called Tri-State Auto Salvage looking for a good 5.9 cummins engine block that could be bored and used. They said they had one for $500 plus $175 shipping so I bought it. After receiving it I found it had already been bored .040 oversize and .040 pistons are all that was available for it, so it was useless. The block arrived with rust all over it and two of the cylinders scored ( which would not of been a problem if it was standard bore) I contacted them to see what we could do and he said he would look and see if they had another. He never called back, so I eventually called and guess what? They don't have one. SURPRISE!!!So I asked him what we could do, and he said what he sent was a rebuild able block. I just have to sleeve it, that only cost about $1200 to do all six holes. They had no way to check it in their shop, guess they can't read a digital caliper? That is not what I asked for, I asked for a good usable block that could be bored. So finally he offered he would let me return it at MY OWN SHIPPING EXPENSE, so I would be out $150 for getting it here and at least $150 for returning it.This people offer no backing on what they sell and are complete crooks when it comes to making something right with a customer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!!

Even closed when we got there the owner on site helped us out tremendously thank you again.will deffinatly recommend to everyone.

Called to get a cash discount price on a transfer case and they agree to a 25.00 discount but when I sent someone to go pick it up (an hour and a half away) they do not honor the discount and took the cash for the full price. With an excuse that i talked to john, and randy printed the ticket. Quite the crooks to not take off 25.00 from a 675.00 transfer case which was removed from a burnt to the ground vehicle. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians obviously working at this place.

These guys are awesome! Got me in immediately and gave me great service. The employees are courteous and knowledgable. I would highly recommend it.

Auto Parts here are way cheaper than anywhere else in town or possibly in the state! This is the only place that I would go. They also now have used cars and trucks for sale and real nice selection!

John really knows his parts! I spose all their guys do but I've only delt with John. I'll be calling on them again.
