    Do not recycle your metal here they will rip you off! my load weighed at roughly 4000 lbs including truck , I decided to go to Poland Recycling because I felt that the scale was off and they have better prices.As it turns out I had 4340 lbs including vehicle. Tri State weighed me at 4040 lbs which was a good chunk of change. I took receipt from Poland Recycling and confronted the man at scale and he said the scale was frozen when I came in an hour before.I showed him my vehicle weighed 3430 lbs at Poland and their scale was 3140 lbs. A difference of 290 lbs!!So they knowingly rip you off and blame the scale saying it is frozen, funny how Poland Recycling wasn't frozen...I will never go back here again !

    Decent prices and longer hours than most these past few months. If you have non ferrous metals and are nearby, Tri State is the place to go. If you're scrapping shredder steel, don't bring on a rainy day or a day after much rainIt's a mud pit. Had a few screws in tires from here. Non ferrous is not a problem. It's all paved or concrete.
