People were mean. They were constantly talking down at me as if I didn't belong. They failed to pay me for the metal I dropped off even though I waited 20 minutes for them. At least I didn't have to pay them to take it. Quite unhappy with the whole experience.

Super nice people to help you if you have never been here before. Don't hesitate to recycle your metals here. You'll make a few bucks instead of your metal waste winding up in the landfill.

Valley Recycling was absolutely wonderful to work with. They help us get the contacts we needed to get our equipment ready for recycling and then came and picked up the equipment for us. I would recommend them with complete confidence.

Scrap refrigerator even though it had been drained of all liquids still charged me to recycle. I will never darken your door again.

there are base limits of funding payments for recycling a catalytic converter. First they can't tell if it is Domestic, European, or Import. second they have the lowest prices listed anywhere in the US I have found for cat pricing. $4 to $20 dollars regardless of the type of converter. you had a book out and couldn't even tell which was which. As a mechanic I have the opportunity to work on all these vehicles and can tell the difference. makes you wonder what type of racketeering they are into for their metal recycling. I have brought in cats from all of the types of vehicles listed above and $20 is the maximum I have received. Low balling like this isn't a good business model and I can assure you that nothing coming through the 5 stores that I work with will be recycling here anytime in the near future. a Drive to Tremonton or Ogden would be better suited for proper recycling monetary value of any metal or converter.

Their payout on scrap aluminum sucks! Not worth your time to recycle for the money. I am done recycling anything!!! I spent 2 hours removing steel from some aluminum. Because there were a few steel rivets left, they called it "dirty" and they paid me 11 cents a pound! Biggest crooks in Cache Valley!!!

Have taken a few loads of scrap metal there, and the service was quick and helpful. It is nice to have a place like this in the valley.
