Valley recycling was an all-around pleasant experience. I was directed which gates to go into, the people who attended to me were friendly and efficient, and the checkout procedure was smooth and expeditious. The entire facility was remarkably neat and tidy.

Valley Recycling was easy to stop by and be helped. Waiting for payment took a little time, but it was Earth Week and everyone was there. I would say this whole experience took me 20 minutes.
