Worked with Josh K. purchasing a batwing mower. I was impressed by not only the condition of the model I was looking at but all of their used equipment. I purchased the mower at a good price, but had some issues. Josh and Wenger's really stepped up to the plate stood behind their product. I bought a used machine, but they really showed their integrity as a company. In this day and age, that is rare. They did all the right things to make sure in the end that the machine was fixed and that I was happy, and I am. Came across an item that Lloyd had listed for sale on his collection site, requested some pictures, he graciously sent them over. Then called today to confirm purchase and get him paid but he changed his mind on selling. Decided he wanted more money after having the item listed for some time. I don't blame him, but it is a poor reflection on how he does business and it certainly bummed me out. Wish I could have worked something out. I feel that customers should be aware of the situation before deciding to purchase.

Everyone was very nice but the reconditioned fuel tank I purchased for 650 dollars had a hole in it and I will have to drive 4 hours round trip to return. Hopefully the replacement will be good.
