Our entire experience was great. They came to do the estimate within 24 hours of my initial call. Quote to empty and remove garage was very reasonable. They showed up as scheduled on time and did a great job. The entire crew was professional and courteous. They were happy to take a few additional items (old washer and dryer and grill) too. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Darren at D & D was absolutely horrible to deal with. First of all, he couldn’t have sounded like he cared less about the customer interaction from the start. I was verbally quoted $350 for a 15 yard dumpster by a woman over the phone. For Two weeks. I provided a card on file. I was charged $500. When I called to inquire why so much, he told me they must have made an error and that his lady “was getting kind of old.” He assumed she quoted me for 10 yards, she did not. Keep in mind I never received any paper quote, never signed any agreement for terms of service or price. I paid what they charged without further complaint, as it wasn’t far off from other quotes anyway. Important to note we had the dumpster removed on time, and they picked it up at 7 AM on a Saturday waking our whole house up. No consideration there. Fast forward to after the dumpster was removed, I get a call from Darren saying that there was a mattress “in the middle of the dumpster” and that I would be assessed further. I was never provided a reason for this, but the interesting part is that there was no mattress disposed of during our clean out. Nothing remotely close. I ignored the message. WEEKS later, I get another call from Darren. I picked up and spoke with him. Same issue, him thinking I’m stupid enough to pay him for something that was never there, for a dumpster that was never signed for in price or terms. Trying to tell me that there was some magical mattress that suddenly inflated the price. He claimed to have all sorts of dump forms and tickets and that he had sent them in the mail to our house. We never received one piece of mail. He also claimed in the same breath (after saying that he sent mail) that the post office told him that no such address exists. Here we are, with an existing address that his company dropped off and picked up a dumpster at…….also of note, I did express my great displeasure with him and this situation and he hung up the phone on me. Class act all around. This was nothing more than an experience in bad business practices and someone that tried to take advantage of someone he thought wasn’t self aware enough to see this money grab for what it is. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Pay the extra $50-100 for another company.

8/28/25 - D&D Demo crew (4 guys) dismantled and removed a collapsed 16'x24' deck. Crew arrived on-time, were friendly and courteous. 4 hard working guys went about their task efficiently and safely. Dismantled deck and related items placed in 30' container and removed from site quickly and at a fair and reasonable charge.
