They were the Miracle I needed today.. turns out AAA doesn't do Motorcycles without the 'upgrade'... AAA had already dispatched a tow truck.. driver said they told him it was a buick lol its a 2002 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic, not a Buick.... Anyway that's when I found out about the motorcycle thing so I jumped online, called a place and they quoted me a million dollars.. and when I questioned them about the price they said they would take good care of me on the 8.7 mile tow I needed to get back home. I told them I have to call another place.. I did... no motorcycle towing.. called another, dead phone.. called another, no motorcycle towing. Then enter my Heroes. I called and I immediately knew I was going to be ok.. gave them the specifics and asked they quote me the price, as I held on for Dear Life for the quote. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed of the very reasonable price.. THEN after thinking it would be 2 hours, I was called back a few minutes into my wait and they said they were On. Their. Way. Kept me informed by text on eta and driver location.. I'm back home now.. they dispatched not one, but TWO highly trained operators to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I've dealt with tow companies for many years and this one, by far, has won me over. Thank You all so so much. . Forever in Your Debt, Eric L.
