I've been to this store several times and have always left satisfied, knowing that I got an honest deal. Kevin treats you as a valued customer not someone to get money from.<br>You will get friendly and very knowledgeable and honest service here. My friend recently went to the competion's store and did not buy there because she felt like a 'car salesman' was talking to her. That won't happen here.

First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasn't sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me.<br><br>He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that weren't good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didn't have all the information.<br><br>After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didn't add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call.<br><br>This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops.<br><br>I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver. I go through waves of alternately collecting and divesting. This is definitely a divesting year. If you have old jewelry, broken bits of gold or silver, or inherited a coin collection that just isn't your jam, visit with the very knowledgeable and congenial Kevin, the new owner of Pacific Gold and Silver.<br>TRUST ME, you only want to deal with Pacific Gold and Silver. Other businesses were either dismissive or used the tired line, "get estimates and we'll beat any price." Uh, no....they will not...they will devalue your items or cherry pick through them.<br>We found Kevin to be honest, fair, and completely transparent (he has current precious metal prices, streaming on huge screens)<br>When all was said and done, we felt valued as customers and will be by again when we unearth more "treasures." Kevin is awesome.
