I went to AutoZone and received poor customer service that lead me to stop by O'Reilly down the street. To my delight I was promptly helped and left with a new battery installed less than 20 minutes after arriving. I was helped by team member Xander who was incredibly knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. They explained everything that needed to be done and had me on my way so quickly. O'Reilly will be my go to for future auto purchases!
