There staff is patient and kind. I had a suspension issue on my Dodge Durango the staff fixed it. I highly recommend them no matter how many times I called them to check on the status of my vehicle due to an insurance claim they always were polite and patient. My insurance gave me the run around and didn’t pay much on my claim. They always remain calm and professional dealing with insurance companies can be difficult . I was even offered the finance option. They have my vehicle back rolling properly no complaints.

I have come to Tire City several times to get work done to my vehicle and have been disappointed every time. My check engine light keeps coming back on with the same code after they “fixed” my truck. I was told I needed to drop my vehicle off yet again and would be given a loaner car so that I wouldn’t have to miss another day of work and still haven’t heard anything from them. I have called to follow up but am always told that I will receive a call back which I still haven’t. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone!
