Laura in the office was a great help to us. Easy to communicate with and came up with a solution to our problem.University of Oklahoma college of engineering truck broke down on the way to a BAJA SAE competition. She assisted in gettting our pickup to there yard. until we can get transportation to get back to Norman,Ok. Thank you very much Laura!

They towed my car after it was totaled. They were very kind and accommodating with me. It was raining and the my windows were all broken so the owner lent me a tarp to put over my car to try to protect my stuff I wasn't able to get from the car at that time. When I came back the next day it was easy to get into the car and get my stuff. They told me everything I needed to know about transferring the car to the insurance company and providing ownership documentation to them to get access to my car before surrendering it to the insurance company. Unfortunate that my car got totaled but I was happy with this company.
