Just called at 8:48pm, my friend was on south bound express lane and called for a towing service. He received a brief call from this company 10:16pm; they called and immediately left a voicemail stating they contacted three times and will cancel if we didn’t respond. We have proof that no one called three times and at 10:19pm we called back and asked how long the next tow would be and they stated it would be another 30min to an hour. Absolutely unacceptable do not call this line, service is crap and there’s a reason why they don’t have a lot of reviews. Yall suck.

Wonderful towing company unlike their pompano counterparts. The three people who went out of their way to help me out when my car was impounded was Chris, Leanne and of course rich. I was able to sell them my junk car and they were more than reasonable with the storage fees all things considered. Thanks again guys !
