STAY AWAY!!! They are very unprofessional, I had my car on wood they completely drop the car and refuse to tow my car. Call me a liability when clearly don’t know how to do their job properly!

Avoid Magic Tows! Terrible experience with Magic Tows. My vehicle was towed, when I arrived on scene, the tow truck was still there. I offered to pay the drop fee immediately, but the driver refused and insisted we follow him all the way to their St. Cloud location. Once we arrived, instead of helping us, he locked my car behind a gate and made us wait about 30 minutes while he put it away. When we finally went inside, the price had jumped by about $250 in bogus extra fees, bringing the total close to $450. No proper paperwork was given, and the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to explain any of the added charges. This company shows no professionalism, transparency, or basic respect for customers. They take advantage of people and make a stressful situation even worse. I do not recommend them.

Magic Tows is a Horrible business. Horrible quality, Horrible value! And they say that if they get bad review is because they are doing their job well! They are laughing at their customer's face. I told them if they don't care about what customer tell about them, they shouldn't even been in business. I don't think the Police Department knows the disservice they are doing to the population when they use this towing company to towing the cars that is left because they took people to jail. They stay with the car for less then 24 hours, and they charge $595.43 to release it. Then they asked me for the title, I came home, pick up the title and when I got back one hour later, they charged me $632.13. Tell me if it isn't a plain thief. They have all these cars for sale over there because they are ripping off people in the way that people will not have money to pay to get their car back. If you were robber by this bad business too, contact me, so we can together do something against this horrible way to get rich, that is taking people's money under Police Department's eyes without being afraid of consequences. It is insane, and totally unacceptable. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, WE MUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. CONTACT ME! Thanks
