I had a great experience with L.i. Roadside Service. They came directly to my house and replaced my car battery at a very reasonable price. They arrived exactly at the time I requested and were polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. The service was quick and hassle-free. Absolutely Incredible Experience. I almost don't even want to post this, because I don't want to set the bar too high for these guys. My wife broke down in St Cloud and called me, so I went straight to her and realized that the car was not drivable, so I just started googling. I called two other tow companies (who I've used before). One didn't answer, the other had no trucks in the area, so I called L.I. Roadside to try them. Luis answered the call, said they were available and that they would text me to request the location. I sent it over and he was there IN THREE MINUTES! Not kidding! He was super friendly and polite, and had me hooked up and towed the car to my house right around the corner. I just looked at the text message and Luis sent the first text at 5:55pm and sent me a Thank You message after dropping me off at 6:14pm!!! 19 minutes from call to door is an absolute joke in the very best way. Thank you so much Luis. I will never call anyone else for my towing!
