Jon’s Towing & Transport truly came through for us when we needed help the most. While traveling today (Friday January 23, 2026) to Okeechobee, our Silverado unexpectedly suffered a fuel pump failure just as we were nearing our destination. This was already stressful enough, but to make matters more critical, we were traveling with a trailer carrying our horses for the weekend. From the moment Jon’s Towing & Transport arrived, everything changed. They showed up like angels in the middle of a very difficult situation. Their professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine willingness to help made an overwhelming problem feel manageable. They not only took care of the truck, but also helped coordinate transportation so we could safely continue to our final destination. I would highly recommend Jon's Towing for any Towing needs. He promptly provided a quote and was available to pick up my car to transport to the dealership. Very communicative, extremely friendly and even sent pictures to validate pick up and drop off. This was a last minute attempt as many things went left in getting my car serviced and having a tow available, he made this whole process seamless and set my mind at ease.
