One short phone call to schedule a pickup. The lady was nice and efficient. Next day, the driver called and said he was on his way. He showed up on time! Could not have been nicer. He had towed a Tesla before, so I relaxed. In no time he loaded up my car! I paid him via credit card onsite and it cost was less than I anticipated. Great experience!!

My son and I were traveling back to South Carolina when my Tesla had issues with charging causing us to not travel any further. Junior showed up and assisted me with everything Tesla was telling me to do taking my son and I to get the battery they said we needed. He comforted my son and wife who is back in S.C. Assuring them he wasn’t going to leave us stranded. Due to Tesla being closed until Tuesday our only option was a hotel that he knew was in a safe town. I cannot thank him enough for everything as this was a very stressful situation as a father having no answers for my wife and son. Junior is a special man and your company should be extremely blessed to have an employee like him. Thank you for everything you did!
