Disclaimer: I did not have any service done at this shop I had so many questions related to the repairs my vehicle needs and everyone at the front desk was so helpful and willing to walk me through the conversation and questions I had despite not having an appointment or actually giving them any business (due to my vehicle being a hybrid and requiring service at the dealership). I am very appreciative of the customer service and friendliness of staff and will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for any maintenance that they are able to take care of.

I was a walk in about 11:30 am. An inspection was performed. The service I got after inspection was front and back breaks and rotors. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. She was very helpful. She gave me a coupon that was a better deal than my military discount. My car was repaired while I waited.and about 2:30 pm I was driving on a new pair of shoes (breaks) for my car. My drive home was amazing and I felt very safe.

Replaced all four tires, brakes pads and rotors with an oil change. No appointment, took a little less than three hours. Nice friendly staff. Clean environment. Gives pictures of proof of service needed and updates on wait times. Also mentioned coupons to save money. This was my second time at SKYLAND location.
