I have ordered a part for my car by phone, and all I can share is how shocked I am of how wonderful of an experience it was. Linda, thank you! She helped me out with the price without asking, and shipped the part the next day. The part was a few pounds over what we expected and she covered it. Customer service was beyond stellar, and you rarely see this anymore. I have never been there, but after this experience I’ll be more than happy to shop with them again. Exclusively where I shop FIRST for all parts on my operation. Family owned and operated, deep connections to find the part if not on the yard. I never hesitate to recommend the Andrews family in this business to everyone. More often than not, I’ll pull a part and have Mr. Andrews suggest another part that goes with it, he’ll throw it in, on the house. Doesn’t get more American than these folks. By the way, currently two of their sons are serving in our great US Army. Go see ‘em!
