BEWARE OF THE BRONZE 2016 f250 PLATINUM DO NOT buy from this dealership without thoroughly looking the vehicle over IN PERSON. I drove 6 hours to look at a truck that I, in Mr. Rogers words “wouldn’t find the first leak on”. After looking over the truck I found both valve cover gaskets leaking oil, upper oil pan gasket leaking (usually means the engine needs a full reseal), coolant supply to the turbo leaking, and a leaky sunroof letting water into the cab. Cab bushings also needed replacing. My mechanic of 25 years rough quoted me over the phone $7500 to properly fix the oil leaks. Mr. Roger never left his office. I walked in to get the keys upon arrival, and had to walk in to talk to him after inspecting the truck. When I started telling him what was wrong with the truck he suggested he get the owner of the dealership from the back so I could talk to him instead. The owner declined talking and instead sent Roger back to say “we’re good man, sorry about your wasted trip. Have a good one.”

Do not recommend buying from here. Bought a truck back in December and it’s gave nonstop problems. I’ve only drove the truck maybe 100 miles since December 17th and I have spent a little over 3 grand in parts and labor fixing it like it should have been beforehand. I realize buying used vehicles comes with an unknown, but it’s been one problem right after another. I’ve had to constantly play phone tag with the salesman to try and get answers, just been an absolute headache.

Purchased a 2018 F250 King Ranch from this dealer. Very easy process, no hassling or overbearing sales bull shit. They are flexible and willing to work with buyers. Love the southern hospitality and customer service provided. The truck had a few minor issues(moon roof seal fell off & electronics in mirror) they literally gave me a whole new mirror to replace it & fixed the moon roof before we left. Could not be more satisfied with the truck & buyer! Nicely done GM Sales LLC! Will be back!
