I’m sorry to be so negative, however they must have the most incompetent people working there. Called before I came to ask if they took steel wheels with tires on them. Answer was “yes but we’ll deduct for the rubber tires” and my reply was that’s fine. Arrived as I set on scale for 5 min while guy was on his cell phone, he finally approached and said” I messed up earlier when I told ya on the phone we took tires with wheels, hmm ugh it just cost him to much to dispose them”. I didn’t give no response and started backing off scales, then he had a comment “this is a recycling center, not a trash center”. Apparently referring to the two tires I had on trailer without wheels. Guess when you’re incompetent and work at a junk recycling center for a job you have a smart ass remark to make yourself look or feel better. Don’t waste your time going here.

Best place to scrap if u want a fair price. U may have to unload what you take but if that’s too much you don’t need to be scrapping anyway.

I found them on Google & made the hour & 10 min drive only to get there before 4:30pm & the gate was closed & locked. They closed early I guess yesterday. I was pretty disappointed & irritated to say the least. Idk if I want to try going to them again today or not. I just know I don’t want to get cheated again like I did the last metal recycling business I went to.
