This is a business to business review: We purchased a Ram rear end for one of our customers from Best Auto and Used Parts in Lincoln, AL on 10-9-25 and we had to pay a $150.00 core charge at that time. Core was picked up on 10-21-25 but driver "forgot" our core refund check. He said he would bring it to us the next day. He did not bring our core refund check to us, nor was it mailed.. EVER. We have called and called and each time the "check is in the mail" or "we are bringing it to you." As of 5-13-26, 8 months later, we still have not received our core refund. I do not like to give bad reviews but the last time I called them (4-13-26), I told them they had one week for the core refund to be in my hands and if it wasn't I was taking the next appropriate steps. We are a small business that makes minimal profit from parts so this $150.00 hurts our business and us personally, of which this junk yard should understand. So, be warned other businesses. Best Auto and Used Parts does not play by the rules so find your parts elsewhere.
