We were in a real bind. Our truck ran out of fuel 1 mile away from the Pilot Truck Stop. Called around and everyone was closed (late Friday night). Had another guy come first to add fuel, prime system, and start truck. It was unsuccessful. Was informed that due to the driver cranking on the truck so long to try and start it, may have done worse damage to the fuel pump. Was told it would need to be towed. Frustrated about the situation and the reality that this would put us WAY behind for delivering the load, we called Hank's Towing to get this towed in to the shop. Kenny, who I talked with on the phone stated that he would like to try a couple other things for me when he gets to the truck. Even though they do not typically do this, he was willing to make this nightmare go away if possible. He got to the truck, found that there was still air in the system, cracked the fuel lines, and got the truck started and running. He was an absolute lifesaver and saved us an immense amount of money and down time. I can't say enough good about Kenny over at Hank's! We are truly grateful for amazing folks like this that still exist in this industry! Thanks Kenny!

First it took well over an hour for the truck to show. Then the driver has to borrow a hitch ball and wrench from me. After towing me back to his shop he leaves for another ten minutes then returns to remove the ball. After stripping the threads it has to be cut off. Since this was a pin removable ball, I had to replace the whole set for $80. When I asked for help replacing it he said I was ridiculous to ask since he towed me a whole two miles for only $120. A true jack leg and a jack ass. I wouldn't trust him to find his feet with a flashlight.

Just went to get my things out of my vehicle since they are auctioning it off tomorrow. Got there and most of my things were gone. My glove compartment was ripped out and in the floorboard completely empty and I had so much important paperwork in there that I needed. My husband's personal items were gone as well as numerous tools and other important things he had to have. These people will rob you blind in a heartbeat no matter what your situation is or if you are going through a hard time. Don't use these people at all if you can help it. There are much better towing companies out there that won't steal from you and take almost everything you have! Just go to someone else and save yourself a headache! So disappointed because they seemed like such nice people over the phone.
