Absolutely horrible!! My elderly aunt was in an accident and they picked up her vehicle. The owner was extremely hard to deal with and would not release the vehicle. I believe he was trying to rack up extra charges. When we went back the second time, I dealt with a lady who was very helpful but I had the local authorities on standby in the event he wouldn’t release it. If I could give this company less than zero stars I would. I hope to never encounter the owner again - worst tow company ever!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! They treat you like family when you walk through the door. Unfortunately, this is the second vehicle they’ve repaired for us but both times have been quick, fair priced and quality work! Yesterday was my son’s prom and they did everything possible to make sure he had his car for prom! I cannot thank you all enough! 10/10
